Questionable Choice for the Republican Party?

Today will be a quiet day Presidential race-wise until the debate starts tonight at 9. However, there was an interesting bit of news yesterday off the Miami Herald webpage regarding potential controversy surrounding the Republican Party's hiring of Nathan Sproul led Strategic Allied Consulting over the summer to handle voter registration in key battleground states such as Florida. The controversy stems from accusations regarding Sproul's past firms  including refusal to register Democrats and Independents, and destruction of Democrats voter registration forms in 2004. Nevada, Oregon and Arizona conducted official investigations, however nobody was ever charged. Leading Democrats are demanding Sproul be available for interview on Oct. 12 and provide records of all correspondences between his firm and the Republican Party. Link to full page below.
